Our latest architectural project, The Light in Brighton, has just been given the go-ahead.
The project will turn the former ice rink in Queen Square into The Light ApartHotel, featuring sumptuous guest rooms, serviced luxury apartments, a café and a restaurant. It will be a further boon to Brighton’s tourist industry.
Paul Zara, head of Conran and Partners’ Brighton architects, commented:
“The Light will bring a different type of accommodation to Brighton and is aimed at both the business and the leisure traveller. It will not only bring an empty site in an important part of the city back to life, it will provide employment both during the building stage and when it is up and running.”
The Light Brighton follows The Light Manchester, which opened in 2008 a quickly became a city destination.
We’ll have more on this project soon.
