Burnt Enz is a Hackney pop-up that is making waves this summer: Australian superstar chef David Pynt turns out spectacular dishes, from suckling pig to sourdough bread, all cooked on very Heath Robinson barbecue.
This Saturday, Burnt Enz is hosting a pizza party. David has invited nine of London’s finest pizza chefs – including the folk from Lardo, who we’ve talked about on this blog before – to a grand cook-off. As if that weren’t enough, there are DJs, craft beers, and the wonderful architecture of Climpson’s railway arch to enjoy too.
